We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. Shipping costs are included in all orders as long as the minimum threshold to check out ($50) is met.

Order & shipping confirmation emails are automatically generated and are sent to an email address registered on your Costco Membership information. In case of not receiving the emails, please check a spam folder and love for emails from love@sophiecompany.com.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday within 1-2 days of the order being placed. Not including Korean National Holidays. Please reach out to love@sophiecompany.com for future assistance.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

We do not have samples available at this time.

The expiration date is printed on the package and will vary depending on the product. by Sophie brands expire within 12-18 months after being opened.
