Online orders ship from our warehouse in Incheon, South Korea via DHL or UPS. Orders are processed during business hours M-F, 10am-5pm Korean Time, excluding Korean Major holidays.

Korean Major Holidays are as follows - 

  • February 9-12th, 2024: Korean Lunar New Year
  • March 1st, 2024: Korean Independence Movement Day 
  • April 10th, 2024: Election Day 
  • May 1st, 2024: Labor Day
  • May 6th, 2024: Children's Day
  • May 15th, 2024: Buddha's Birthday 
  • June 6th, 2024: Memorial Day
  • August 15th, 2024: Independence Day 
  • September 16-18th, 2022: Korean Thanksgiving Day
  • October 3rd, 2024: National Foundation Day
  • October 9th, 2024: Hangul (Korean) Proclamation Day
  • December 25th, 2023: Christmas

Please allow 3 business days to fulfill your order. 

Once your order is fulfilled and ready to ship, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details. Orders will be delivered in 3-7 business days after the shipping confirmation is provided. If you cannot find the order confirmation email, please check your spam folder for the email from love@sophiecompany.com.

Increases in volume associated with promotions, major holidays, or inclement weather may cause delays in processing times and delivery windows to be extended. 

In order to provide the most fresh and trendy items, we ship everything from our headquarters in Incheon, Korea. Random customs hold can cause 1-3 days shipping delays. If you find your package held at customs, please send us an email to love@sophiecompany.com or reach out to UPS or DHL. We recommend your order to be less than $500 per order to avoid customs issues.

To initiate a return, you need to provide the order number. Once we inspect your unused items sent back to our warehouse in Korea, we will either process or refuse your return. Items that are refused to be refunded (used and/or damaged) will not be returned back to you.
